This diploma is made for candidates looking to become a paralegal and also for candidates who may have some paralegal experience and are looking to progress their legal career. The Level 3 NALP Diploma is a self-funded qualification for people wanting to achieve a Level 3 Paralegal Qualification.

Curriculum

Delivered in conjunction with The National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP), the Level 3 Paralegal Diploma is made up of 7 units, including the 3 Mandatory Units detailed below:

• Unit 30 – Introduction to Law for Paralegals
• Unit 31 – Legal Ethics and Responsibilities for Paralegals

Learners must also select 4 of the following Technical Legal Knowledge Units:

• Unit 32 – Wills & Succession
• Unit 33 – Civil Litigation
• Unit 34 – Criminal Litigation
• Unit 36 – Conveyancing
• Unit 37 – Employment
