What is a Level 7 Law Apprenticeship & what’s involved?
It takes six years to complete the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship and become a qualified Solicitor. Apprentices who successfully finish their Level 7 Apprenticeship training and the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) become fully licensed solicitors.
You need to finish part 1 & 2 of the Solicitor Qualifying Exams (SQE) to become a qualified solicitor. The first stage is assessed while the apprentice is still in training, and the second is taken at the completion of the apprenticeship.
Who is suitable for a Level 7 Solicitor apprenticeship?
Paralegals, trainee solicitors, and A-Level students studying law can enrol in the Level 7 programme. Those who have already completed an apprenticeship in the legal field may be eligible for accelerated study. What Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeships do you offer?
At Law Apprenticeships we offer the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship which has been created to help cover the cost for support staff and trainee solicitors qualifying as a solicitor under the new SRA’s Solicitor Qualifying Exam Scheme (SQE). Covered via 95% Government Funding this apprenticeship includes the SQE 1 and 2 exam costs (£4,564) and SQE preparation costs (over £7,200). We also offer the Level 7 Accelerated Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship has been created for candidates who have a Bachelor’s Law Degree or an LBB. This 95% Government Funding apprenticeship also includes the SQE 1 and 2 exam costs (£4,564) and SQE preparation costs (over £7,200).
